Hereâ€s a pricing dilemma I encountered years ago. The product manager of our firm made the decision, on her own, to increase several product prices above and well beyond the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Her justification/hunk of logic was our margins were too thin and something needed to be done immediately to remedy the problem. ? Does it affect the quality of their service?
